Refund & Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

The item remains in its original condition, unused
The original packaging is intact
You have proof of purchase or a receipt

Refund Details

Upon receiving your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process a refund for the full purchase price (less a 20% handling fee). Note that shipping costs and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Shipping and Handling

You’ll be responsible for covering the cost of shipping your return. If we approve your return, we’ll deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
